Absolutely! We love attending private events, big or small. Please check out the Packages section of our website to find out our options for private functions. If you would like to book, you can use our Contact form. Please make sure to include all of the event details so that we can check our availability, and let you know of any additional fees.

Vegan: The fruity gelati flavours in The Hippie Whippy van are vegan by ingredient.

Lactose: The Hippie Whippy and Mini both offer lactose free milkshakes. 

Gluten: The soft serve and gelati in the van, and the ice cream in the trailer are all gluten free by ingredient. However, please consider the very high risk of cross contamination.

Nuts: Neither The Hippie Whippy or Mini sell any products containing nuts. Please note that products used may include a ‘may contain’ statement.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the event. If booking an event occurring in 4 weeks or sooner, full payment is required in lieu of a deposit. Refunds are not available on cancellations within 4 weeks of the event.
